<p><strong>Liability Coverage</strong> The policy includes Liability Coverage with a maximum limit of €300,000 per incident. This coverage protects against damages that may be caused to third parties as a result of the use of electric bicycles rented from Turicleta during the contracted rental period.</p><p><strong>Scope of Application</strong> The coverage applies exclusively to activities derived from the non-professional use of the insured rented vehicles. Damages arising from professional use or use other than that provided for in the policy conditions are excluded from the scope of coverage.</p><p><strong>Claims Management</strong> For the management of any incident covered by this policy, the user has the free choice of distributor or agreed workshop. The coverage includes assistance in claiming damages and legal assistance and administrative procedures.</p><p><strong>General Conditions</strong> This coverage is subject to the effective collection of the corresponding premium receipt.
