2. Service
Turicleta is a portal that connects travellers with bike rental operators. Bookings are made between the user and the operator, with Turicleta acting as an intermediary.
3. Bookings and payments
When you confirm a booking, you accept the price, dates and operator-specific conditions. Payment may be charged at booking or pickup, as indicated by each operator.
4. Cancellations
The cancellation conditions for each booking are detailed at the time of purchase. By default, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental starts.
5. Use of the bike
The user commits to using the bike responsibly, respecting traffic rules, returning it on time and in the agreed condition, and reporting any incident to the operator.
6. Liability
The operator is responsible for the bike's condition and the service. Turicleta is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the vehicle by the user.
7. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, images, code) is owned by Turicleta or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
