We collect the data you provide while using our services: name, email, phone number, billing details, booking information and, optionally, geolocation data if you enable route tracking.

We process your data to manage your bookings, deliver the rental service, handle enquiries, send you account-related communications and, if you've given your consent, commercial communications.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the rental contract that binds us and, where applicable, your explicit consent for commercial purposes.

We keep your data for as long as needed to deliver the service and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law (especially tax and commercial regulations).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to privacidad@turicleta.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Processing by third parties — Google
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to anonymously and in aggregate analyse how our website is used. Google acts as a data processor under the instructions of Turicleta S.L.
Legal basis: your consent (ePrivacy Directive), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie preferences manager.
International transfer: Google LLC is based in the USA. Data processing is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
